It was at a home show in Belleville several years ago that I met Jo-Anne Smith. Right off the bat I liked her disposition and her professionalism. ....In such a fast paced society, where buying and selling can add to one's stress level, Jo-Anne's demeanor was refreshing. She's calm, organized and very thorough. She listened to our comments and needs and didn't waste our time.
I wanted you to be aware that Jo-Anne has been excellent with me and my family. Her return calls were quick, her knowledge and research with the houses for sale and the market was evident. She's honest and very personable. With very little spare time on our hands, Jo-Anne was available when we were and patient with us. I have never felt like just another client, or another sale. Royal Lepage is lucky to have her.
She has represented me through 3 home purchases and 3 home sales in 3 different towns. I am finally planting my roots and plan to stay out of real estate for awhile, but should we decide to purchase in the area again, I'll look forward to calling Jo-Anne.

I have owned and sold real estate literally from coast to coast in Canada throughout my adult life. In so doing I have used the services of all the major real-estate firms. .........This morning while having my coffee in our new home, I was thinking about the individuals and the companies I have dealt with during the thirty years of my career. Architects, fellow engineers, construction personnel, bankers, lawyers and real estate sales personnel. All were good at what they did, but none combined their knowledge with the dedication, tenacity, loyality, perseverance and out right professionalism like Jo-Anne Smith.
I was thinking about how lucky I was. Not because of my great coffee or where I was having it; but, instead I was thanking God that Jo-Anne Smith answered the phone at the Royal Lepage office that night over five years ago. Afer all, without her, my dream could never have come true.
